Rehearsal will be on the 7th floor of the hotel. Wedding party please plan to arrive at 5pm for rehearsal. Dinner will be served at 7.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn, Texas sunshine included! We will have parasols, fans and refreshing drinks to keep you cool. We’ll move to a shaded, tented breezeway for the reception beside the beautiful Clark Gardens fountains. Dress for warm weather and grassy terrain. We look forward to sharing the beauty of the day with you!

Please note, no more than 5 cars should be parked in the Retreat driveway. If you have more than 5 cars, please park them in the main Clark Gardens Parking lot.
